Istant Granola

That moment I realized my homemade granola jar was empty...

My breakfast bowl was already done, but that crunchiness was missing!


So I've made this pan version granola to make in few minutes.


Ingredients:

- 50 gr feft over quinoa

- mix of seed and nuts (I've used cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)

-coconut oil

-maple syrup

-cardamom powder

-vanilla powder

-sprinkle salt


Method:

Heat the pan, and put a generous tablespoon of coconut oil (do you know why coconut oil is so good for you? Ream this) .

Add the spices, fry for a moment, but don't let them burn!

Add the rest of the ingredients and roast 10 minutes.


Serve when still warm!

Done.
