Chocolate & Amaranth combo

Combine these two super foods and you'll definitely have a super bowl!

If there is one undervalued grain (or better to say pseudo grain), thats Amaranth.

Never found a recipe that gives honor to this little guy, so I've defined to make it in all the versions possible.

This is a Chocolate creamy Amaranth porridge with Chia berries jam.



Ingredients (for two persons):

-160 gr Amaranth (soaked overnight)

-Plant Based milk

-2 tbsp cocoa powder

-vanilla & cardamom powder

-some almonds

-chia jam (mix together 2 tbsp chia seed, handful of berries and whisk well)

-orange

-banana

-sprinkle salt

-tahini



Method:

Prepare the chia jam at least 30 minutes before.

Drain and rinse well Amaranth and cook for 10-15 minutes with plant milk, salt, cocoa, spices.

Stir frequently and be careful don't stick on the bottom!

Serve with orange, almonds, banana, chia jam, tahini.
