Chocolate Bean Spread

First ingredient: BEANS

So soak them overnight or at least 6-8 hours and cook them simply in water.


Ingredients:

-200 gr black beans (chickpeas and adzuki works well too).

-2 tbsp cocoa powder (maybe more)

-3 dates (or couple tbsp maple syrup)

-pinch salt

-2 tbsp hazelnut butter (tahini, almond, or any other butter works too)




Method:

Drain well the beans from excess water and blend them with all the other ingredients.

Serve and be sure to lick the bowl!
